Team Development

  • Team member assessments
  • Group coaching
  • Team building workshops

Effective team communication and leveraging the diversity of skills of the team members are key to developing and motivating exceptional team performance. Knowledge and understanding of the breadth and depth of the team member’s talents and work preferences can transform a good team to a great team.

Just as members of a sports team have different roles to play and skills to offer, so do members of a work team. As a certified practitioner of the Myers-Briggs® Type Indicator (MBTI) I have the tools to provide the insight your team needs to increase performance in many areas. I can provide a framework for understanding what each team member brings to the team.
