June is Founder and President of JR Shrewsbury Coaching and Consulting LLC. She is passionate about helping others reinvent themselves as they navigate and embrace new career chapters in life. Drawing from her own extensive corporate background and education, she embraces the opportunity to help others make transitions more successful through an array of executive and professional coaching techniques and tools as well as personal experience. She partners with individuals to clarify what matters most to them and then encourages and supports action to bring about desired changes.
June retired as Vice President, Technical Services, Missile and Fire Control for Lockheed Martin Corporation. She was responsible for leading a line of business that provided a broad range of engineering, logistics and mission support services to military customers around the world with a worldwide workforce of over 5,000.
Prior roles included Vice President, Security & Citizen protection, Lockheed Martin IS&GS Civil Division, Executive Vice President, Aeronautics Company Integration, Vice President, F-16 Programs, Vice President C-5 Modernization programs, Director C-130 Sustainment and Modernization programs, Director Argentina A-4AR program and Director Big Safari programs.
June graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. She also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College as well as a graduate certificate in Executive and Professional Coaching from the University of Texas at Dallas. She is a certified practitioner of the Myers-Briggs® Type Indicator (MBTI) and a Value Added Associate with the global leader in human behavior assessments, TTI Success Insights.
